Homes Created by Frank and Sherri's Students

We are a national movement
Our students are all across the U.S. They came to Frank and Sherri’s classes and the Seattle Symposium and Bus Tour. We have trained thousands to combine real estate with government funding to house veterans, adults who aged out of foster care, families, people in re-entry, women in need, and people in recovery. There is a heartfelt satisfaction in owning your own real estate business that lifts up your community.
Join us and you will own your own shared housing business — serving your community with homes funded through bed fees paid by agencies, and providing you with financial independence and rewards that last a lifetime.

Gwinnett Relief
DA
Williams
- We assist veteran, justice-involved and returning citizen adults committed to living in sobriety who are homeless due to a crisis such as housing cost burdens; residential instability; evictions and other forced moves; living with "family" or "friends" to share housing costs (doubling- up); overcrowding; living in substandard, poor quality housing; or living in neighborhoods that are unsafe. Note: We are not a shelter. Our residencies are smoke, alcohol and drug free living environments.
How Do We Do It?
- We implement Rapid Re-Housing & Recovery Housing Approaches
- Rapid Re-Housing is an "intervention", guided by a Housing First approach that is a critical part of a community’s "homeless crisis response system". Rapid re-housing rapidly connects families and individuals experiencing homelessness to permanent housing through a tailored package of assistance that may include the use of time-limited financial assistance and targeted supportive services.
- Rapid Re-Housing programs help families and individuals living on the streets or in emergency shelters solve the practical and immediate challenges to obtaining permanent housing while reducing the amount of time they experience homelessness, avoiding a near-term return to homelessness, and linking to community resources that enable them to achieve housing stability in the long-term.
- Rapid Re-Housing is an important component of a community’s response to homelessness. A fundamental goal of rapid rehousing is to reduce the amount of time a person is homeless. (source: HUD.gov / U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development)
Innovative Housing Ideas
- We create conditions necessary for public and private partnership by reinvesting in distressed & non distressed neighborhoods, offering amenities and assets that support safety, good schools, and commercial activity, that are important to a families’ choice about their community.
- We seek Restorative & Adaptive reuse of existing buildings for a purpose other than which it was originally built or designed for, as well as construction and maintenance of new and existing buildings to further our non-profit purpose.
- Landlords Wanted: Join our Rapid Re Housing Program and Get Guaranteed Income from Gwinnett Relief
- Volunteers Wanted: Mathew 25:35-40 / FACTS: Volunteering can help improve your mental health by giving you feelings of gratitude for what you have in your own life. We are always looking for great volunteers, join us or refer someone today. Thanks!

Foster Hope Homes
James
Ferriere
Welcome to Foster Hope Homes
“Where people who age out of foster care can thrive in a community that helps them acquire life skills, education, and employment, rather than survive on the streets alone.”
Foster Hope Homes, founded by James Ferriere, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. Without opportunities like Foster Hope Homes many youth who turn 18, are no longer eligible to remain in foster care and are often left without stable housing, guidance, or support. This abrupt transition can leave them vulnerable and unprepared for independent life.
Through community fundraising efforts, Foster Hope Homes has successfully equipped two safe houses in Ocala for students —one for young women and one for young men—specifically designed to provide a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for these young adults as they transition into adulthood. Eligible individuals can apply to live in these homes and receive continued guidance and support.
Many former foster youth face significant challenges after aging out, including homelessness, lack of educational opportunities, limited job prospects, and emotional hardship. Foster Hope Homes exists to be that extra hand of support, offering stability, direction, and opportunity to young adults who might otherwise be left without resources.
By providing safe housing, community, and access to life-building tools, Foster Hope Homes works to bridge the gap between foster care and independent adulthood—helping young people move forward with confidence, dignity, and hope for a stronger future.
